  1. Aldo was very dynamic in his striking, and showed good defense, but Hominick was able to land jabs and body shots. Aldo landed body shots of his own and mixed in some takedowns. Hominick was active off his back at first and then effective at stalling Aldo out from the bottom. Aldo managed to drop Hominick a few times, but Hominick recovered fast and Aldo couldn't finish him off. In the last round Aldo dropped Hominick early, went for a choke and wound up on the bottom. Hominick dominated the rest of the round.
