I heard some debate, so I ask you, what do you think is the best (and worst) MMA radio show?

Fightlinker's Low Blow is easily the best MMA show. They don't have guests but the show is funny as hell. Also, since it's only once a week, they can actually fill up a show with MMA talk - I hate hearing about football on MMA podcasts.
